Scheduling is subject to contractor and crew availability. Estimated service windows may be provided but are not guaranteed arrival times unless otherwise confirmed.
MarketReady Reset coordinates service providers and contractors to complete requested services and cannot guarantee exact arrival times when third-party crews are involved.Scheduling Deposits
Certain services may require a scheduling deposit to reserve contractor availability and service windows.Scheduling deposits are applied toward the total cost of the project.Because MarketReady Reset coordinates contractors, crews, and scheduling in advance, scheduling deposits are non-refundable once a service window has been reserved.If a customer cancels after a service window has been scheduled:
The scheduling deposit may be retained to cover coordination, administrative, and contractor reservation costs.

Customers must disclose the presence of any hazardous, regulated, or unsafe materials prior to service.Examples include but are not limited to:
Chemicals, solvents, or industrial liquids
Paint, fuel, oil, or automotive fluids
Asbestos-containing materials
Medical or biohazard waste
Sharps or needles
Pesticides or toxic substances
Explosives or ammunition
Illegal materialsMarketReady Reset and its contractors do not remove hazardous or regulated materials unless specifically agreed to in writing.If hazardous materials are discovered on-site that were not disclosed in advance:
Service may be stopped immediately
Additional fees may apply

MarketReady Reset provides property preparation and cleanout coordination services only.We do not guarantee property condition, market readiness, code compliance, or inspection outcomes after services are completed.Clients are responsible for verifying that the property meets all requirements for listing, sale, renovation, or occupancy.Photo & Documentation Authorization
By requesting service or providing access to the property, the customer authorizes MarketReady Reset and its contractors to take photographs or documentation of the property, items, debris, and work areas for the purposes of:
Providing accurate quotes
Coordinating contractors or service providers
Documenting property condition before and after service
Internal records and dispute resolutionPhotographs may also be used for marketing, training, or portfolio purposes, provided that:
No personal identifying information is shown
Property addresses and sensitive details are not disclosedIf a customer does not wish for photos to be used for marketing purposes, they may notify MarketReady Reset in writing prior to the start of service.Contractor Coordination
MarketReady Reset may coordinate services through independent contractors or service providers.
